(Washington, DC)   Training Services On Demand (TSOD) announced today that Jeffrey Thal has joined its cadre of workshop facilitators.

He then turned his attention to public service, taking his writing and management skills to the Federal Aviation Administration, where he developed the agency's national education outreach program.  He is credited with developing communication resources and standards that have been implemented government-wide.

Jeff also is recognized as an expert in high-end sales and customer service methods, and plans to use his insights to expand TSOD's customer relationship seminars and workshops.
