(Washington DC)   Training Services On Demand (TSOD) is the recipient of the 2003 President's Award from the Telecommunications Risk Management Association (TRMA). In presenting the award, the association lauded Frank Whyte's presentation to the association's 2003 convention in Orlando, Florida.
