Training Services On Demand Provides Team Building Facilitation for Goodrich Aerostructures

(Foley, Alabama)   Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a Team Building workshop for professionals from Goodrich Aerostructures' Foley, Alamama Service Center.  Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate (or fail to communicate), make decisions (or fail to do so), and form relationships (or not).  During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges. Each participant received a personalized MBTI® profile that details their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities.  In addition, the workshop included TSOD's Applied Team Building module.

Goodrich Aerostructures Group's Alabama Service Center is a 165,000 sq.ft., FAA-certified repair and overhaul station situated in Foley, Alabama.
