(Washington, DC)   TSOD conducted its half-day onsite Personality-Based Team Building workshop for the Department of Transportation's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.  TSOD's MBTI®-based team building programs give team members extraordinary insights on team dynamics and interpersonal relationships.  Starting with a personality assessment confidential to each participant, TSOD facilitators help teams understand how the "human element" often interferes with communication, decision making, and overall team performance.  The team-specific, custom-crafted team development experience then uses interactive exercises and vivid instructional sessions to show how team members can boost their individual and organizational effectiveness by emphasizing and leveraging the strengths each member brings to the team.  Participants received a 25-page MBTI® Profile and workshop synopsis designed for personal review and day-to-day application.
