TSOD Provides Team Building for SFO-based Transportation Security Administration Professionals
July 22 & August 5, 2010
(Napa, California) Training Services On Demand provided a series of Team Building Workshops for high-visibility professionals from the Transportation Security Administration at SFO. TSOD Team Building workshops focus on improving professional relationships: Creating an atmosphere in which differing work styles aren't barriers, but assets. Appropriate for all types of teams, at all levels of an organization, TSOD Team Building programs recharge professional relationships without getting touchy-feely or wasting time. The interactive learning experience is based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), using interactive exercises to reveal new insights about team relationships. Participating teams benefit from improved communication, decreased stress, enhanced trust, and greater camaraderie... all elements of a high performing team.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) was created in the wake of 9/11 to strengthen the security of the nation's transportation systems while ensuring the freedom of movement for people and commerce. Within a year, TSA assumed responsibility for security at the nation's airports and deployed a Federal workforce to meet Congressional deadlines for screening all commercial airline passengers and baggage. In March 2003, TSA transferred from the Department of Transportation to the Department of Homeland Security.
Training Services On Demand (TSOD) is a progressive, GSA-approved seminar and workshop provider. The company provides a wide selection of important professional development topics, working with complete teams to ensure that each learning experience delivers a shared goal.
