Training Services On Demand (TSOD) Returns to the Department of Transportation for More MBTI Team Building
July 27,
2009
(Washington,
DC)
TSOD conducted a second half-day onsite Personality-Based Team Building workshop for the Department of Transportation's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate, make decisions, and form relationships. During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges. Team members also received personalized MBTI® profiles detailing their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities.
The Federal Motor Carrier
Safety Administration (FMCSA) was established as a separate
administration within the U.S. Department of Transportation as an
outgrowth of the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999.
The Administration's mission is to reduce crashes, injuries,
and fatalities involving large trucks and buses. The Department
of Transportation's overarching mission is to serve the
United States by ensuring a fast, safe, efficient, accessible and
