TSOD Provides MBTI® Team Building for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

(New Orleans, Louisiana) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®-based Team Building and Team Communication training for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) during its EXCEL Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: how they naturally communicate, make decisions, and form relationships. During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges.
