NOAA Facilities Engineering Technicians Graduate from TSOD Team Building Workshop

Training Services On Demand (TSOD: www.tsod.com) provided its personality-based team development workshop for participants in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's 2009 Eastern Region FET Conference, held in Portland, Maine. Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate, make decisions, and form relationships. During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges.
