TSOD Provides Leadership Training for the Natural Resources Conservation Service

August 27, 2004

(Denver, Colorado)   Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a Team Leadership training program for the Colorado office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service.  Through a highly interactive two-day learning experience, participants gained insights on assessing and responding to employee needs, ensuring that supervised employees benefit from appropriate management techniques.

The program also incorporated components of Frank Whyte's popular Team Building Workshop, providing leaders with proven insights on how their team communicates, makes decisions, and forms team relationships.  During the workshops, the team participated in activities that clarified team dynamics, challenges and opportunities.  Each participant received a personalized MBTI® profile that detailed their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities.
