TSOD Provides Team Building for Navy Supply Information Systems Activity at the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania Depot

(Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a Myers-Briggs® Team Building workshop for professionals serving in the Navy Supply Information Systems Activity, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania Depot. Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate, make decisions, form relationships, and how their innate preferences can contribute to a high-functioning team. During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges. Each participant received a personalized MBTI® profile that details their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities.
