TSOD Provides MBTI® Team Building for U.S. Bertelsmann Foundation Professionals
September 2, 2009
(Washington, DC) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®-based Team Building and Team Communication training for the U.S.-based professional staff of the Bertelsmann Foundation during its Washington, DC staff conference. Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate, make decisions, and form relationships. During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges. Team members also received personalized MBTI® profiles detailing their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities, in addition to TSOD's exclusive Team Communication best practices book.
