September 11, 2007
(Omaha, Nebraska) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a two-day presentation skills workshop for Blue Cross Blue Shield professionals at the Nebraska licensee's Omaha headquarters. Through a series of instructional sessions and videotaped practice presentations, participants refined and polished the skills associated with compelling presentations and public appearances, including presentation planning, optimizing audio/visuals, interacting with audiences, coping with adversity, and using psychological persuaders.
