(Miami, Florida)   Miami Professionals from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement benefited from one-day Business Writing Workshops, conducted by Training Services On Demand as part of a Florida-wide ICE training initiative.  TSOD's onsite, team-focused business writing workshop upgrades skills and effectiveness across entire workgroups.  Participants reviewed the essential elements of accurate writing, learned easy ways to liven-up their documents, and discovered how savvy editing can reveal their editorial genius.  The overriding goal of the training is to increase organizational effectiveness by enhancing the accuracy and richness of agency communication products.
