Goodrich Aerostructures Employees Complete TSOD Presentation Skills Training

(Foley, Alabama) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a series of two-day presentation skills workshops for high-visibility employees of the Goodrich Aerospace Foley Alabama Service Center. Through a series of instructional sessions and videotaped practice presentations, participants refined and polished the skills associated with compelling presentations and public appearances, including presentation planning, optimizing audio/visuals, interacting with audiences, coping with adversity, and using psychological persuaders. Participants were recorded on video media for replay and coaching, giving each participant a personalized game plan for advanced skills development.
