    2004 Customer Survey Underscores
    TSOD Quality, Consistency, Value

    (Washington, DC)   Training Services On Demand, Inc. (TSOD) customers awarded the company's instructors and training programs across-the-board perfect scores in the company's 2004 quality audit.  The survey assessed eleven key measures of training program quality, including instructor knowledge, curriculum quality, and financial value.

    "In several of our workshops, we discuss the rewards associated with a sincere commitment to quality," said TSOD Curriculum Chief Frank Whyte.  "Our organization is enjoying that success.  We're grateful to our customers for their overwhelming support of our team and our services."

    The quality survey used a five-point scoring system, with "5" corresponding to "completely agree," and "1" corresponding to "completely disagree."  Intermediate scoring options included "somewhat agree," "neither agree or disagree," and "somewhat disagree."

    On all eleven measures of training course quality, 100 percent of survey participants chose a score of "5," or "completely agree."

    Survey questions included:

    • This course included valuable content.   [AVG. SCORE 5.0]

    • The instructor was knowledgeable of the subject matter.   [AVG. SCORE 5.0]

    • The instructor effectively communicated his/her knowledge.   [AVG. SCORE 5.0]

    • The instructor adapted to and related with the group.   [AVG. SCORE 5.0]

    • Considering actual dollars invested, this course was a good value.   [AVG. SCORE 5.0]

    • I would recommend this course to others.   [AVG. SCORE 5.0]

    Additional questions related to course structure, exercises, audio/visuals, and participant materials.  All scored consistently at 5.0.

    The survey participants were volunteers from a randomly selected group of TSOD customers, which comprised 50 percent of TSOD's current customer base.  The survey permitted feedback on all course titles and all facilitators.  Results were compiled at the company's Instructional Systems Design and Analysis Office near Washington, DC.

    In addition to the perfect scores in the quality survey, TSOD hasn't missed a scheduled training course—for any reason—in four consecutive years.
