Celotex Trust Managers Participate in TSOD Team Building Retreat

(Rehoboth, Delaware) Training Services On Demand provided a series of MBTI®-based Team Building workshops for middle managers of the Celotex Asbestos Settlement Trust. Participants gained an increased awareness of interpersonal and professional relationship dynamics, providing a basis for them to function on a true team basis. As part of the workshop, each participant received a complete MBTI® assessment that details how that person tends to participate on a team, communicate, make decisions, organize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
The Celotex Asbestos Settlement Trust was established in 1997 as a result of the bankruptcy of the Celotex Corporation and Carey Canada Inc. Employees of The Trust process and pay all valid asbestos personal injury claims in accordance with procedures approved by the bankruptcy court. The Celotex Trust controls assets that include all the stock in the reorganized Celotex Corporation and Carey Canada Corporation.
