U.S. Army Defense Communications Team Completes TSOD Team Building Workshops
October 25, 2005
(Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey) Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided a Team Building workshop for the Army Defense Communications group at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate (or fail to communicate), make decisions (or fail to do so), and form relationships (or not). During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges. Each participant received a personalized MBTI® profile that details their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities. In addition, the workshop included TSOD's Team Communication module.
