October 30, 2002

(Washington, DC)   Training Services On Demand completed a series of MBTI®-based Team Building Workshops for engineers, chemists, and managers from the U.S. Army Research Laboratory's Sensors and Electron Devices Directorate. These courses provided participants with an increased awareness of interpersonal and professional relationship dynamics, providing a basis for them to function in a true team environment. As part of the workshops, participants received complete MBTI® assessments revealing how each person tends to participate within a team, communicate, make decisions, and organize tasks and priorities.
