(Corpus Christi, Texas)  Training Services On Demand (TSOD) produced multiple onsite Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Programs for VirTex Operating Company and Faraday Pipeline employees at the organizations' facilities in Corpus Christi and Jourdonton, Texas.

VirTex Opertaing Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1984 and began drilling shallow oil wells to the Olmos formation in the Somerset and Bear Creek fields south of San Antonio, Texas.  In addition to drilling, the Company began to acquire producing oil and gas properties.  In 2008, the Company completed 49 wells.  Faraday Pipeline, a wholly owned subsidiary of VirTex, was formed in November 1999 to purchase, install and operate pipelines primarily for the benefit of VirTex.  Faraday currently operates approximately 150 miles of pipeline tied to major sales points and is poised to accommodate additional drilling in VirTex's core producing areas.
