TSOD Provides Team Building for Defense Logistics Agency Leaders

(Washington DC)   Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provided an MBTI®-based Team Building workshop for an offsite meeting of DLA's Enterprise Transformation Leadership Team.  Participants gained a heightened awareness of themselves and their colleagues: How they naturally communicate (or fail to communicate), make decisions (or fail to do so), and form relationships (or not).  During the workshop, team members participated in activities that clarified team dynamics and challenges.  Each participant received a personalized MBTI® profile that detailed their workplace preferences and their team development opportunities.
