    Q:  How are SmartSessions scheduled?
      Contact us at 800-810-TSOD, or use the online form below to check date availability.  Scheduling is always based upon date availability; Standard rates apply to programs scheduled more than 30 days in advance.

    Q:  How long does a SmartSession last?

      SmartSessions are 45 to 75 minutes long.  We adapt to your agenda; Any SmartSession can fit any 45- to 75-minute window.  Our speakers are expert at concluding at the desired time.

    Q:  How much do SmartSessions cost?

      Contact us regarding rates for programs scheduled within 30 days, programs conducted outside the 48 contiguous Unites States, or for Rex Havens comedy shows.

    Q:  Where are SmartSessions available?

    Q:  What are the logistics required to conduct a SmartSession?

      SmartSessions are interactive learning programs supplemented by PowerPoint A/Vs.  We'll ask for nothing more exotic than a video projector and a writing surface.  Click here for logistics details.

    Q:  How many SmartSessions can be conducted in one day?

      Standard rates assume the participation of one facilitator, who can conduct up to four programs in one day, or six programs over two days.   If necessary, a second facilitator can be added to meet a more complex convention itinerary.
