      Your profile reveals how you tend to communicate, make decisions, accept new information, and organize your life and your work. In essence, your Profile is your personal "instruction manual," giving you uncommon insight on your personal and professional relationships

      By understanding your own preferences—and how those preferences differ from those around you—you're well positioned to consider interpersonal issues relating to your work. Though our workshops, you'll learn how to fully leverage this proven insight.

    Profile Contents

      Each 20-page profile is custom-published for a specific individual, reflecting his or her input from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

      Sections Include:

      MBTI® Profile

      1. What is MBTI
        This section serves as a review source. It summarizes the information you'll gain in your workshop in a brief, easy-to-use reference.

      2. MBTI® Thumbnails
        These half-page descriptions of each MBTI® personality type provide you with summaries of the sixteen different personality types. You'll use these thumbnails as an ongoing reference when considering your interrelationships with others.

      3. Your MBTI® Results Report
        This one-page summary reveals how you scored on the MBTI® instrument.

      4. Your Workplace Profile
        This three- to four-page essay relates your MBTI® results to the workplace. You'll learn how you interrelate with coworkers, how you approach your work, and what types of endeavors you find most rewarding.

      5. Your Stress Profile
        This three-to four-page essay reveals how you relate to stress, and how high-pressure situations might affect your work and relationships.


    TSOD Workshops that use MBTI

    Profile Confidentiality

      TSOD will not distribute any person's MBTI® results to any other person. Only you and your workshop facilitator have access to your results. You may wish to share your results with others to optimize the value of the information. This topic is discussed further during the workshop.
