We Increase Presentation Effectiveness


Training Services On Demand (TSOD) provides presentation review-and critique services designed to increase the effectiveness of pivotal presentations.

Our professional presentation consultants come to your location—anywhere in the United States—to review, assess, and debrief your important speech or presentation.

Teams that routinely make presentations to peers or employee groups may find our Presentation Skills Seminars and Workshops a better solution for their needs.

Our review-and-critique consulting service is economically appropriate for organizations gearing-up for key public presentations, including addresses to shareholders, the news media, strategic customers, boards of directors, elected officials, investors, or other highly influential audiences.


How We'll Work with You


We'll provide a presentation skills expert at your location to review your presentation.

Ideally, we'd like to see the presentation in its final (or near-final) form.  We'll ask you to conduct an authentic dress rehearsal, involving the the game-day presenters, wearing the same clothes, and using the same visuals.  If it's possible, we'd like to do this in the actual presentation location, using the same equipment you'll use in your debut.

We normally review a presentation three times:

1. Straight-through, without interruptions, for us to gain a solid sense of your message, your strengths, and your areas for improvement.

2. With breaks for suggestions and restarts.  This, admittedly, can be frustrating for the speaker, but it's essential to the refinement process.

3. As a final run-through... the ''as good a it gets'' version before the launch.  We'll ask you not to practice the presentation again after this run-through (for reasons we'll explain at the consulting session).

It's best to conduct your review-and-critique consulting session at least a couple of days before the actual presentation.  This gives you non-critical time to brainstorm through any ideas you wish to incorporate, and to beef-up any weak spots identified in your presentation.

Time Required

Normally, we can conduct a good review-and-critique of a short presentation (30 minutes or less) in a half day.

Longer presentations and presentations involving multiple speakers, may require a full day.

As a rule of thumb, the review-and-critique process lasts (three times the length of your presentation) plus (two to three hours).

We'll make every effort to ensure that your presentation skills coach is available to work-through any unanticipated challenges to provide you with the most effective results possible.

Each presenter we critique will receive a copy of our Persuasive Presentations workshop guide, which includes advice and ideas for future reference.
