    About the Workshop Participant Guide

      As part of your Conflict Management Workshop, you'll receive an interactive workbook that provides an ongoing reference on the topic of team conflict resolution.

      TKI Conflict Mode Instrument In addition, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument includes a 30-question self-assessment that enables you and your teammates to determine your conflict mode—the way you usually tend to reacts to conflict.

      Armed with insights from your MBTI® Profile (provided in the Team Building half of the workshop) and the Thomas-Kilmann instrument, you and your team are equipped for a meaningful discussion of how and why interpersonal conflicts arise.

      Just as importantly, you'll discuss ways of avoiding, managing and resolving the conflicts that commonly arise in a team-oriented environment. You'll find that your natural means of reacting to conflict isn't always the best... that different situations require appropriate and informed approaches to conflict mitigation.

      We don't sell this workbook: It is available only to participants in our Conflict Management Workshops.
