TSOD's Executive Retreat programs feature proven curriculum components from our popular Team Building Workshops. The executive program goes a step further: You'll benefit from the organizational development insights and senior management perspective of our senior facilitator.

The Workshop Experience


You'll begin by completing the MBTI^® questionnaire, a short form that measures key indicators for communicating, making decisions, accepting new information, and organizing your life. We'll ask your team to complete assessment in advance so that we can customize your workshop.

Your team's MBTI^® scores have significant potential. Properly interpreted and considered, they reveal both challenges and unrecognized potential of your senior management team.

During the training experience, we'll work with you to explore the implications of your team dynamics, and we'll facilitate discussions that lead to new levels of understanding and cooperation.

The end result: Your senior management team will be less distracted by interpersonal differences, and better able to focus on the real issues affecting your business.


Add-On Workshops Available


You may wish to expand your half-day Executive Retreat Team Building Workshop with an add-on program that addresses a specific need:
• Applied Team Building reinforces the core workshop, offering day-to-day strategies for using MBTI^® in the workplace (half day).

• Team Communication assesses current communication challenges, arriving at treaties for more effective communication (half day).

• Conflict Management assesses the conflict modes in use within your team, and explores ways of resolving conflicts more appropriately (half day).

Availability and Pricing


Executive Retreat Team Building Workshops are available at your selected location, nationwide.

The recommended minimum group size is six persons, and recommended maximum is forty. Larger groups are best accommodated through multiple sessions.

We recommend that this program be integrated into an offsite retreat to minimize distractions.
