    About the MBTI® Profiles You'll Receive

    MBTI® Profile
      As part of your MBTI® Team Building Workshop, each member of your team will receive a 20-page personal profile that details your personality preferences. These personality "Owners Manuals" provide lifelong insights on interpersonal and workplace preferences.

      You'll learn how you communicate, make decisions, learn, and work with others. You'll discover how your personality comes into conflict with others, allowing you to find pathways to understanding and cooperation. You'll benefit in your relationships, in your work teams, in your family life, and in your career.

      Each 20-Page Personality Profile includes...

      • Your MBTI® Results Page: Your actual personality preference scores, as revealed by the MBTI® instrument;

      • Your Personality Profile: A complete, narrative description of your personality type: How you communicate, cooperate, make decisions, and learn;

      • Your Work Profile: A thorough assessment of your workplace preferences: How you interact with your team, make decisions, accept new information and organize projects; The strengths of your personality type, your blind spots, and your opportunities for improvement;

      • Your Stress Profile: A description of how you tend to handle stress, with recommendations on improved stress management; and

      • An Overview of All MBTI® Personality Types, giving you valuable insight on the people around you.

      These custom-published profiles have a value of $89.00 if purchased individually, but are provided free as part of your MBTI® Team Building Workshop.
